Terms and conditions

  • Initial client consultation (done by phone or email) is free.

  • A signed service agreement is required before any work begins.

  • Clients who pay hourly will be billed bi-monthly or at the completion of the project. Payment is due upon receipt.

  • Monthly plans are billed in advance, and payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

  • Rush jobs will require a surcharge fee.

  • Unused monthly plan fees are non-refundable.

  • Additional expenses such as printing, photocopying, postage, courier fees, domain registration, web hosting, program fees, etc. will be billed directly to the client at cost.

  • Unused hours expire after 60 days.
